Learn how to make restaurant style Veg Manchurian a popular & easy Indo Chinese main course recipe from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />For Manchurian Balls <br />4 Spring Onions, chopped <br />1 Carrot, chopped <br />1 Capsicum, chopped <br />1 Cup Cabbage, chopped <br />1 tbsp Soya Sauce <br />2 Green Chillies, chopped <br />1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste <br />1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder <br />Salt to taste <br />1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce <br />4 tbsp All Purpose Flour <br />4 tbsp Corn Flour <br />Oil for frying <br /> <br />For Manchurian Gravy <br />2 Cups Water <br />1 tbsp Soya Sauce <br />2 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce <br />1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste <br />1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder <br />2 tbsp Corn Flour <br />Salt to taste <br />1 tsp Oil <br />1/2 inch Ginger, chopped <br />2 Green chillies, chopped <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />To Make Manchurian Balls: <br />- In a large bowl add chopped spring onions, carrot, capsicum, cabbage, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, black pepper & salt. Mix everything well. <br />- Add all purpose flour & corn flour. Mix well. <br />- Make small portions of the mixture and deep fry them in hot oil. <br />- Manchurian balls are ready. <br /> <br />To Make Manchurian Gravy: <br />- In a large bowl add water, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, corn flour & salt. Mix everything well. <br />- In a pan heat some oil. Add ginger & green chillies. Saute for a minute. <br />- Add the water mixture. Keep stirring till the gravy becomes thick. <br />- Add Manchurian balls. Mix everything well. <br />- Let the gravy boil for 2 minutes. <br />- Veg Manchurian is ready. <br />- Garnish with spring onion greens & serve hot.
